U.S. & International Orders

Unfortunately we are not taking any International orders, U.S or outside of North America at this time. We will be set up for International orders after our official launch. Please contact us at info@babyandmeorganically.com to learn more. We apologize for this inconvenience.  

Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Baby and Me Organically will gladly accept returns of unused merchandise & unopened products for full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase (as stated on your invoice shipped with your order). We do not take returns back on supplements or bodycare products unless there is a quality issue.

We check every product before it is shipped to ensure our products are free of any manufacturing defects, so we will gladly accept any defective items back for a full refund.

Refunds

In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. To return products for refund, please send products by mail only (we will not accept returns by courier).  Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we cannot refund or give credit for mailing costs associated with returns unless it is as a result of our error.

To arrange the return, please email us at orders@babyandmeorganically.com, and we'll provide you with the return shipping address and additional details.

Please include the following in your return package:

1. A copy of your invoice and/or an approximate purchase date with your complete contact information.
2. Include the product(s) to be returned
3. A note with your instruction on the return (what is wrong with your product).

Shipping

We ship using Canada Post's Expedited Parcel service (the quickest and most economical shipping method within Canada). Our shipping fees are listed in the table below.

Customers living in the following Toronto areas (East York, Riverdale, Beach, Annex and Leaside) may choose to have us deliver your order for $5.00. However, the order must be paid upon delivery by cash only. No other payment method will be accepted. Delivery will be weekly and will be arranged upon placement of the order. We will take a credit card number for security purposes.
